All sessions are 1:1. Group sessions are possible — only if requested in advance.

Pick what calls you — yoga, meditation, mantra, pranayama, or a sound bath.

No fixed schedule

There are no set timings. Each session is shaped around your rhythm.

While the café is open

Sessions take place during café opening hours — early light to late evening.

Please noteReservation is mandatory for every session. Each one is prepared individually for you, so walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
