Café · Wellness · Learning · Creativity
A whole little
world, in Rishikesh.
Saya Shala is an experiential café, wellness space and cultural hub where food, practice, learning and creativity come together — and where every day can be shaped around you.
The idea
One door, many ways in. Eat slowly, practice quietly, learn something with your hands, or design a day that is entirely your own.
The Café
A café you can
spend a whole day in.
The café is the heart of Saya Shala. Specialty coffee in the morning, long brunches that drift into the afternoon, soulful Indian plates and considered international cooking at night — all served slowly, in a room made for staying.

A Note from the Founder
Why Saya Shala
exists.
Saya Shala was born from a deeply personal vision: the desire to create a space where people could nourish themselves in a more complete way.
Over time, I came to understand that real wellbeing rarely comes from one thing alone. It is not only about food, or rest, or learning, or movement, or beauty, or therapy, or spirituality. It is often the meeting of many things — the small and meaningful ways we care for ourselves, reconnect with ourselves, and slowly grow into a fuller life.
That understanding became the heart of Saya Shala.
I wanted to create a refined and welcoming space where people could feel good, slow down, enjoy beauty, share meaningful moments, learn something new, create with their hands, nourish their bodies, and perhaps reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose.
In Rishikesh, where so many people arrive searching for healing, meaning, or inner movement, Saya Shala was imagined as an integral space — one where food, wellness, learning, creativity, and atmosphere come together in a natural and soulful way.
It is more than a café, and more than a place for classes or workshops. It is a living space for experience, for self-connection, and for personal growth.
Everything here has been shaped with intention: the menu, the atmosphere, the workshops, the creative experiences, and the spirit of the space itself. My hope is that when people come to Saya Shala, they feel welcomed, inspired, and gently supported — and that in some small or meaningful way, the experience helps them come closer to themselves.
Because while we cannot change the whole world, we can change the way we live within it. And sometimes, that is where everything begins.
Welcome to Saya Shala.
