Class Bookings and Attendance

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class

Less than 12 Hours: No refund, but you may transfer to another class if space is available

Package Cancellations
Unused classes in packages can be refunded within 30 days of purchase
Partial refunds calculated based on remaining classes
Administrative fee of 10% applies to package cancellations
Workshop and Retreat Cancellations
30+ Days: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
15-30 Days: 75% refund
7-15 Days: 50% refund
Less than 7 Days: No refund
