AWAKEN

Journey to the Self

Three days to set down what you've been carrying, and meet yourself again through breath, sound, and stillness.

About AWAKEN

A pause, deep enough to matter.

Most of us arrive in Rishikesh already tired, not just from travel, but from the noise we carry without noticing. AWAKEN is built around a simple belief: that real change happens when we slow down enough to actually feel something, instead of moving past it.

Over three days, you'll move through a deliberate arc, first noticing what's true for you, then releasing what no longer serves you, and finally embodying what remains. No performance, no spiritual jargon to live up to. Just breath, sound, honest reflection, and a small group of people doing the same quiet work beside you.

By the close of Day 3, nothing outside you will have changed. But something in how you carry yourself usually has.

The Arc

The Three-Day Journey

Each day builds on the one before it. The order is the point, you can't embody what you haven't released, and you can't release what you haven't first become aware of.

Is This For You?

Who AWAKEN Is For

AWAKEN is for anyone who feels the quiet pull to pause, the traveller arriving in Rishikesh in search of more than sightseeing, the professional whose mind hasn't switched off in months, the seeker finally ready to sit with what they've been avoiding.

No previous experience with yoga, breathwork or meditation is required. Only a willingness to show up for yourself, fully, for three days.

  • New to retreats or a returning practitioner, every practice meets you at your own pace.
  • Craving stillness after a stretch of busyness, travel, or change.
  • Comfortable being part of a small, supportive group of strangers becoming familiar.
  • Ready to feel things, even the uncomfortable ones, so you can actually move through them.

Where

Held in Rishikesh, on the Ganga

AWAKEN is held at Saya Shala, tucked along Tapovan Road, where the Ganga turns and the Himalayas begin. It's a quieter stretch of Rishikesh, a few minutes' walk from Balaknath Temple, where the town's spiritual rhythm is easiest to feel: temple bells, slow mornings, and the river always nearby.

Beyond the Three Days

A Seven-Day Integration & a Lifetime Community

Awaken doesn't end when you leave the gates. The real practice begins as you return to your routine, and we walk that path with you.

Days 1, 7 After

7-Day Post-Immersion Phase

A gentle, guided re-entry into daily life, designed so the clarity you found at Saya Shala doesn't dissolve the moment you step back into your world.

  • Daily prompts from the facilitators, a practice, a reflection, or a small invitation for the day.
  • One-on-one guidance whenever you need it, reach out to Rucha, Abha, Shiv or Krishna directly.
  • Light morning & evening rituals to anchor the work into your routine.
  • Space to journal, share, and ask questions as the integration unfolds.

For a Lifetime

The AWAKENED Community

Every participant becomes a lifelong member of a quiet, intentional circle of fellow seekers, a place to keep walking, together.

  • Share your own journey, breakthroughs and challenges as they arise.
  • Seek support from people who understand the path you're on.
  • Offer help, perspective and presence to those who come after you.
  • Stay connected to the facilitators and to future Awaken gatherings, retreats and offerings.

You arrive as a participant. You leave as part of the AWAKENED.
